Complimentary Public Transportation in Prague

Attendee Benefit

FREE PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN PRAGUE

We are pleased to provide complimentary public transportation in Prague for all registered EMC Europe participants!

Please note the following details:

  • The free ticket is valid exclusively during the official conference days.
  • You must use the official PID Lítačka mobile app to validate your pass.
  • The ticket covers travel only within the city limits of Prague (Zones P, 0, and B).
  • It is not valid on the Airport Express (AE) bus line, on trains, or for any transport outside the city territory (Zones 1, 2, 3, etc.).

Please note: participants will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to download the app, activate, and validate the ticket two days before the conference, sent directly by Prague Integrated Transport (PID). Please note, your personal data (name, nationality, and e-mail) will be shared with the Prague Public Transportation Company for the purpose of issuing your transport pass.

Gala dinner is fully bookedt! Since we have reached capacity, new registrants will be placed on a waiting list.

Please note: the gala dinner is included in the full registration fee. If sitting capacity is reached and a guaranteed seat cannot be offered, the registration fee will not be reduced.

Please note: Participants who have their gala dinner ticket but are not planning to use them, can leave their gala tickets at the reception desk to pass on the opportunity to join to someone from the waiting list

Accompanying persons: You can bring an accompanying person with you who will be issued with a badge for access to the gala dinner for a fee of €150

VISA 

All foreign nationals entering and staying in Czech Republic must be in possession of a valid entry and stay visa, unless you are exempt from this requirement.

Upon request, the conference organizers will provide an official letter of invitation in order to facilitate your visa application. This invitation letter does not imply any commitment from the Organizing Committee to provide any kind of financial contribution.

The request should be made by e-mail and must include:

  • First name (as shown in passport)
  • Last name (as shown in passport)
  • Passport number
  • Country of citizenship
  • Affiliation (supported by a document certifying it)
